Coaching is a restoration process too, as bit by bit and at the end of the process you will feel beautiful again, with your confidence restored, and be able to see, feel and hear the whole world in a better picture.

The knowledge of taking risks is there, but the more risks you take the less fear of the unknown you will have.

There are many negative influences, beliefs and expectations from all around the world that cloud our judgement on ourselves. It is these things that stop us achieving our ideal life, after all, life is for living and life is too short to worry.

So we need to stay positive and keep encouraging ourselves to take more risks and leave our comfort zone so that we can live our dream!
