Dear Mari,
It's the summer holidays here in sunny old Britain , but unfortunately some people have had more than their fair share of wet weather.
But now the sun is shinning, everyone is feeling better as the sun is out so enjoy time with your family.
Take time out to chill! Keep reading and enjoy! Maybe make a change.

What are your values?
Values are your personal priorities
They are what are most important to you. What you think is right and wrong, good and bad, desirable and undesirable.
A true value will help you to fully enjoy your life and develop yourself and allow you to help others around you. As well as creating a lasting sense of fulfillment, our values can also help us with day-to-day situations.
What motivates you to get what you want in life? Your values and needs are slightly different, but they are linked. Have you ever thought to yourself, " what are my values " or " what is important to me "?
What motivates different people? Ask the people around you, hear what they say, see what they like, it can be al kinds of things. What motivates people to play a better game of golf? What motivates people to work their way up the career ladder? Instead of asking "how did you do that?", ask them why they did it.
My personal values are honesty, to be the best I can be, to be creative, to be inspiring and lead, to be compassionate in everything I do, and of course love and be loved. I am now only learning that I'm a creative being, as I enjoy writing my own newsletters. I have always tried my hardest to be the best I can be at most things. I always see the best in people, and I like to inspire people around me as I seem to thrive on others imagination.
How can you identify your values? Ask yourself the following questions:
- "What people, places, and things are most important to me in my life right now?"
Your answer could include, your family, your job, your home, holidays, or your new car, it could be anything that makes you smile and is important to you.
- "What pleasure or positive benefits does this person, place or thing give to me?"
Your answers could include, security, excitement, respect, peace, balance, friendship. You might have more than one value for each topic made.
These answers will allow you to identify your personal priorities and what is most important to you - your values.
Now you have identified your values you can use them to make some changes, that is, if you want to. But then that's why you are receiving this newsletter, to be able to make changes that will last a lifetime. These changes can be either small ones or some significant ones, it's up to you what you want to change.
As your Life Coach I will support you and guide you on your journey to a better quality of life for you. I will belive in you 100% when those around you maybe don't belive in you.
Get what you want -
Make that change !!
Now that you know what your values are, what are you going to do about living your life to your own values? How are you going to get there? How do you see yourself getting your desired outcome? Use your imagination to decide how you are going to achieve what you want.
Get rid of those limiting beliefs, that are stopping you from achieving your dreams. What would make the biggest difference to the way you work, rest and play?
NOW is the time to make that change!
Change something small first, and then build on your foundations.
Make sure that you tell everyone in your home, family, that you are certain that this change will be for the better. Your family and friends might not appreciate it in the beginning but in the long run they will understand. As you know things don't stay the same forever, most things change with the times. Isn't it time you made that change?
- If you have to choose, it's not a choice, but a decision,
- If you want to choose, it's not a choice but a desire,
- If you don't care, it's not a decision but a reaction.
- Make the present perfect and you won't want to choose.
- Get a reserve on everything and choices will come to you
- Let your values choose for you, it's much simpler
- Stop choosing,
- Focus on your personal foundation.
- Do what you have to do. But just do it. Don't choose it.
How can you achieve what you want? I made a decision last year about leaving my old place of work and to have a new beginning, which included focusing on life coaching. I'm so pleased that I did, I have learnt so many new skills, and achieved so much along the way.
Go on give me a ring or email me to take the first step in changing the way you live your life, because you deserve it, and life is too short for this journey to be a dress rehearsal.
Look out in next months newsletter, a questionnaire for you. If you have a family, and you're juggling everything around - children, husband, work and housework - what would you need a helping hand with?
Enjoy the weather for August, enjoy the holidays, as it's time well spent with your family and friends.
