Greetings!

Its the end of the year already... wow doesn't time fly when your having fun!? Another year over and a new one just around the corner. Can you remember what happened at the beginning of the year?

What new year's resolutions had you thought for yourself and your family? Did you achieve any of them, or did they go into thin air the second week of January, as many resolutions go.

Mine - I decided to set up my own business, which is doing really well, and I cant wait until next year to see things really take off.

 What motivates you?

Every one is different - motivation is different for each of us on this planet. What makes you get up in the morning ?

It could be family, environment, money or even work. You could even dress it up in a different way, what do you feel most successful about? What was your motivation in getting to that feeling of success?

Motivation could be expressed as persistence + desire = success.

Say for instance learning something new and it could completely liberate the mind, facing a challenge, meeting it, and mastering it builds confidence in oneself and people around us.

Mutual respect develops when people see skills and attributes in others that they didn't know existed. What could you do if you had the right kind of motivation? What's important to you?

A December superstition - a Christmas pudding should be made with 13 ingredients to represent Jesus and his disciples and that every member of the family should take turns to stir the pudding with a wooden spoon from east to west in honor of the wise men.

On the 10th December 1979 - stunt man, Eddie Kidd accomplished a death defying motorcycle jump, during the spectacle he crossed an 80ft gap over a 50ft sheer drop above a viaduct on a 400cc motorbike in River blackwater at Maldon, Essex.

On the 16th of December 1955, the Queen had inaugurated new buildings in the center of London Airport , part of a new complex, designed to handle a growing number of air passengers.
